A scope brief with deliverables, exclusions and an estimate to review.
Build to an agreed scope.
A focused automation, logistics solution, SaaS product or custom application can be planned as a project. Milestones, payment terms and change requests are agreed in the proposal.
Reviewable software, acceptance checks and an agreed handover.
Agree what happens after release.
Discuss maintenance, monitoring and further improvements as a separate support arrangement. Coverage, responsibilities and response expectations belong in that agreement.
An explicit support scope rather than an assumed service level.
Explore the fit of a product.
Discuss KriyoPay against your team's workflow. Confirm the current capabilities, configuration and evaluation requirements before planning adoption.
A product-fit conversation and a clearly defined next step.
What determines the price?
Projects are scoped individually. A useful estimate depends on the workflow, systems and acceptance requirements; there is no published fixed starting price. Share a target budget in your enquiry so we can discuss a realistic first scope.
Before work starts, the proposal should separate delivery fees, applicable taxes, hosting, provider usage and third-party subscriptions, and state who pays for each.
- Number of workflows, user roles and approval steps.
- Input formats, data quality and migration needs.
- Integration access, permissions and provider setup.
- Review controls, testing and acceptance criteria.
- Deployment, documentation and handover responsibilities.
- Ongoing support and changes beyond the agreed release.
Bring the business challenge.
Tell us who performs the task, where information arrives, which tools you use, what repeatedly goes wrong and what you want to improve. A simple process description is enough to start. Use anonymized examples and leave credentials and confidential documents out of the initial enquiry.
Before approving a proposal, check:
- Deliverables, exclusions and responsibilities are written down.
- Milestones and acceptance criteria can be reviewed by your team.
- Data access, provider costs, ownership and handover are explicit.
- The process for scope changes and post-release support is clear.
