FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we work together.

Scope and budget
What does KriyoTech Labs specialize in?

Business Automation is our primary focus. We build AI-assisted workflows, B2B SaaS products and custom business software, with Logistics & Transportation as our primary industry specialization.

Which logistics solutions can you develop?

We can scope transport and fleet systems, shipment and delivery workflows, dispatch, driver operations, billing, reporting and customer portals. GPS tracking, route optimization, TMS and warehouse modules are custom development scopes that depend on providers, data and integrations; they are not all finished KriyoPay features.

What is available in KriyoPay?

KriyoPay is our finance-operations product. Its documented scope connects invoice intake, extraction, procurement matching, configured approvals, ERP accounting, reviewed bank reconciliation and transport finance. It does not initiate supplier bank transfers or provide live GPS tracking.

Do you build software for industries beyond logistics?

Yes. Our custom engineering capabilities can be scoped for manufacturing, healthcare, financial technology, real estate, retail, education, recruitment and professional services. Each project begins with its users, data access, operating requirements and acceptance criteria.

Can AI agents act without human review?

Autonomy is defined per action. We agree permitted tools, data sources, approval requirements and stopping conditions. Sensitive or uncertain actions need an explicit review path; AI output alone is not authorization to make payments or other consequential decisions.

How are cost, timelines and outcomes agreed?

We scope a focused first workflow or release, agree deliverables, exclusions, integrations and responsibilities, and document milestones and commercial terms. Operational benefits are evaluated against a baseline; no savings percentage or delivery date is assumed before discovery.
